POST is a tasting lounge offering a refined yet approachable way to explore premium wines and spirits. Guests can enjoy their tastings at a cozy indoor table or outside amid the resort’s serene gardens. The curated menu features wine and spirit flights, including regional wines, exclusive single-barrel bourbons, and tequilas crafted in collaboration with Carneros Resort, as well as non-alcoholic options and more. Wines are available by the glass or bottle, along with local craft beers and small bites. With no reservation fee required, POST is the perfect place to sip, relax, and savor the flavors and beauty of wine country.
